The twisty post-apocalyptic hit drama from Dan Fogelman ended on a major cliffhanger and when season two returns, the series will be trekking ahead with the This Is Us creator's three-season master plan to expand the world of Paradise. When the mystery show returns Feb. 23 - with three episodes, followed by new episodes weekly on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ - Sterling K. Brown's starring character, Xavier Collins, will have ventured outside of the show's central bunker to what's left of the world above, where he's on a mission to find the wife who he thought had died, Teri (Enuka Okuma). The show's villain Sinatra (Julianne Nicholson) had informed Xavier in season one that when the world went nearly extinct - and forced his surviving family and others into the bunker city called Paradise - his wife was actually not among the victims, despite what he had thought.
