"Hope Hicks is exactly the kind of woman I want running my company with me - strong, smart, strategic and the embodiment of class and poise," Kelly told the New York Post. "She's at the top of a growing media conglomerate and there's no limit to where she can take it; my best-in-the-business staff and I are thrilled to have her on board," she added. While Kelly hosts "The Megyn Kelly Show" and "AM Update with Megyn Kelly," her media empire will continue to grow. Before Kelly hired her, Hicks had been running her own media consulting firm after leaving the first Trump administration. She served as the press secretary for the president's 2016 presidential campaign and was a communications director for Trump from 2017 to 2018.
