The countdown is officially on for season 10 of Summer House. Us Weekly has the exclusive first interviews with the cast as they celebrate their milestone season. And while there's been plenty of chatter about Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula - who announced their separation on Monday, January 19 - they aren't the only source of drama in the upcoming season. "To think, 'Holy cow, we've been doing this for 10 years,' [is crazy]," Lindsay Hubbard says. "The fact that I have a kid [now] and that we somehow come up with new things to talk about every year is even crazier." Keep scrolling for insight on the biggest story lines, including Kyle and Carl Radke's physical fight in the teaser and
MORE: A Flirtation Triangle Ciara Miller, West Wilson, and Jesse Soloman. Kareem Black/Bravo (3) One part of the supertease that rocked Bravo fans was Ciara Miller's flirtatious moments with both ex West Wilson and his BFF Jesse Solomon. While Ciara, 30, and West, 31, spent most of season 9 not on speaking terms after their season 8 relationship ended on a sour note, the ice begins to thaw during season 10. "There are moments where we aren't mortal enemies anymore," West tells Us, calling their dynamic "a melting pot of emotions." Some moments, he adds, "can seem romantic ... it's weird, but fun." 'Summer House' Cast Says Season 10 May Just Be the Best Yet Lindsay, 39, tells Us that "there's always a vibe between Ciara and West," but says Jesse, 32, "threw a wrench in that," leaving her asking the same questions as a lot of viewers after seeing the supertease: "Was he for real?" Jesse, for his part, insists there's "no beef" between him and West, describing his own relationship with Ciara as just "fun and flirty." As Amanda cautions that "there's a lot more to it than what was even touched on in the trailer," West, who does say that flirty nature between Jesse and Ciara is nothing new, acknowledges he didn't see it all in real-time: "I don't know how this is going to shake out either." The Newbies Amanda, 34, tells Us that she was trying to live her own "version of Love Island" with six (mostly) single newcomers. "I can't keep up with these kids!" she says. "There was sexual tension, flirtiness, banter, fighting. ... There's a lot that happens this summer." Ciara also describes the season as "a lot of makeups and makeouts." Kyle and Amanda Question Marriage 'Compatibility' in 'Summer House' Teaser First of the newbies is Mia Calabrese, a broker and Ciara's bestie outside of the house. "I love Mia, and then Ben and Bailey make quite a splash too." Ben Waddell, a former lead of The Bachelor: Australia, didn't last long with his final rose winner in 2023, but he made some serious matches on Summer House - at least with the new male BFFs. "Ben is really special to me," Jesse says. "He's just so goddamn handsome, and he's so for the boys." KJ Dillard is a former pro skateboarder who is looking for a love connection and finds a new pal in Carl. "KJ has got a great story," Carl teases. "He definitely brings a younger energy. We connected on a variety of levels." Content creator Dara Levitan, meanwhile, has a past with West. "It was a long time ago. She's a good friend," he says. "I would never bring anyone into this house that I thought would give me more problems. We're very cool and platonic - she's a fun person." Creator of media platform It Girl, Bailey Taylor is still reeling two years after a breakup - but finds some comfort in Carl. "I really enjoyed Bailey," he tells Us, also praising her IRL BFF Levi Sebree. "Levi's great, but Bailey, I really had some fun with which you'll see. We had a little bit of flirtation going on." The Biggest Blowup Yet Carl Radke and Kyle Cooke Kareem Black/Bravo (2) Over Labor Day weekend, Kyle and fellow OG Carl end up getting physical. "It was a build up of the entire summer," Carl tells Us of the conflict with his best friend. "It's a roller-coaster. [The dinner] starts light and fun. Something gets brought up, then it starts getting tense, then it gets light again .... Then, it starts getting crazy." Jesse tells Us that the issue stemmed from "Kyle putting his foot in his mouth," which Kyle can own. "It was a very unpredictable outburst," he says. "It was a microcosm of how I was feeling for almost the entire summer, where I don't want people picking sides, I want friends to understand where I'm coming from. I felt misunderstood." Where Lindsay and Carl Stand There was a lot of discourse about Lindsay's role on this season of Summer House after she gave birth to daughter Gemma in between seasons. She confirmed to Us that she filmed three weekends of the summer - but it's likely her impact will expand to more than a handful of episodes. Calling herself "mother Hubbard," she also admits, "I think it was, like, half guiding [the newbies], and then half stirring the pot." Lindsay subsequently clarifies: "And then half of that stirring the pot was on accident, and the other half of the stirring the pot was
