Police have arrested a tattoo artist and a 50-year-old mother after her 14-year-old boy was illegally inked at a barbershop in west Macon, Georgia. An incident report from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office stated that the father of the teen boy reported the matter to law enforcement on December 29, 2025. He said that his son's mother, Shamir Womack, took the boy to get a "very inappropriate" sleeve tattoo on his inner arm without his knowledge or consent, according to WGXA.
