A California dad has been accused of sending his five kids "away" from their car, into a park, so that he could strangle his pregnant wife in the back seat during a camping trip in Idaho. Robert Seviano Howell was arrested on Friday, January 16, and was charged with one count of felony attempted murder, the Canyon County Sheriff's Office announced in a news release shared on Tuesday, January 20. Deputies responded to a call at Celebration Park in Melba, Idaho, after they received a report about an attempted strangulation.
