In January 2025, the Something Borrowed actor, 52, revealed that he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, after previously battling testicular cancer twice. In an interview with E! News published on Wednesday, January 21, Egglesfield shared the good news that he is now "cancer-free" and "feeling great." "I'm grateful to be here. I'm just grateful that I'm on the other side of it and able to now move on with my life," the All My Children alum shared.
