Per the outlet, Lopera reportedly did so on Tuesday, January 20.
Her attorney, Tamar G. Arminak, reportedly told the outlet, "The matter has been resolved." At this time, it remains unclear what "resolved" the matter, and whether Lopera and Diggs negotiated some type of agreement.
This, Reportedly, After A DNA Test Confirmed Stefon Diggs As Father OF Aileen Lopera's 9-Month-Old Baby GirlAs The Shade Room previously reported, in December 2024, Lopera filed a paternity suit and custody against Diggs, claiming he was the father of her then-unborn child. She reportedly asked for his parental relationship to be established and for him to be granted visitation amid her receiving full custody. In April 2025, Lopera gave birth to her baby girl, Charliee.
In July 2025, Diggs responded to the suit, asking for genetic testing. Additionally, he asserted that if his paternity was established, he wanted joint custody of the child. Then, in November, Digg's paternity of Charliee was confirmed, per The Shade Room."We can confirm that Mr. Diggs is the father. And, we are hopeful that he will meaningfully contribute to the child's life and coparent with our client, who has had to do everything on her own thus far," Lopera's lawyer told US Weekly at the time.
