Hilary Duff is getting vulnerable on her upcoming new album - even about her feud with sister Haylie Duff! The 38-year-old singer kicked off her Small Rooms, Big Nerves tour at the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire in London on Monday, where she sang a bunch of her hits. She also debuted some new tracks from her album Luck... or Something, which drops on February 20, including the song We Don't Talk.
