Prince William may be one of the most powerful men in the UK, but even he must abide by this pesky rule! The Prince of Wales just moved his family to Forest Lodge in Windsor Great Park. It was a whole ordeal. Several families in the area had to be booted from their homes, and the new tight security has totally changed the vibe of the neighborhood. But it turns out the future king's neighbors aren't the only ones making a sacrifice for this move - William will have to let go of his favorite form of transportation! It's not about protecting him, unlike other rules he has to follow. It's solely based on where he is now living! According to Windsor Great Park's website, e-scooters and other similar motorized vehicles like hoverboards are BANNED! Nobody in the area is allowed to use them. The site states: "For reasons of safety and traffic management, we do not allow motorised transport within the Park. Aside from cyclists, the roads are reserved for residents and Estate workers." Whoa! There goes William's e-scooters! Oh, no! The father of three's love of e-scooters was just highlighted oloven his episode of Eugene Levy's Apple TV show The Reluctant Traveler. At the time, William was living at Adelaide Cottage near Windsor Castle, and it was totally fine to be riding around on scooters there. He was happy to show off his hobby, explaining: "We live just outside the castle, but my father spends a lot of time here. We use the castle for work and meetings. And I'm always late, so I thought this was the way to keep my meetings on time." He was SO into it, too! Look! Awww! Now, he can't do this anymore?? Really??? Do you think they will make an exception for the second-in-line? Forest Lodge is intended to be his home for a long time, after all! Maybe they'll be more lenient with him?
